Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your heartbeat bear or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring the heartbeat recorder is securely placed and all tags are attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
